The Belgian band has issued a statement regarding
their drummer´s death: “It is with great sadness that Channel Zero
must announce the death of their brother and drummer Phil Baheux. The death of
Phil Baheux (age 45) this morning is a terrible shock to the members of the
group and the crew. We ask you to respect the privacy of his family and the
group.”
Billy Torney of Channel Zero’s
record label CNR Records has also commented on Baheux’s passing, telling HLN, “I cannot comment on the exact cause of
death, but 45 years is obviously still very young.”
